To make returning goods easier, eMaletas offers this service to all of its clients.  We collect the product or products at the time and place indicated.  If the reason for the return is due to a fault of eMaletas, the return service will be free of charge.  If the return is for any other reason (for example: the products or colour are not to your taste), the service will cost 15 euros, which will be charged when the products are collected.

To return an item, please send an email to info@emaletas.com with the following information:

• Order number:
• Name and surname:
• Contact number:
• Pick up address:
• Preferred pick up time (this will depend on the hours of the transport company):
• Reason for the return:

Important info: the product must be in perfect condition with its original packaging and labels.  The goods must be returned in the same cardboard box in which they have been received to protect them.  A copy of the delivery note must be included in the packet, which details the products returned and the reason for the return.

Note: Returns not meeting the above conditions, will not be accepted and the goods will be returned to you.
